|Since we are a retained firm, we represent|
|our client companies. We do however, work |
with both the client and the candidate(s) to
make sure that there is a "win-win" situation.

|search industry, our fees are 33 1/3% of the |
candidates annual compensation (includes
base salary, bonus and any sign-on
bonus). We are willing to negotiate fees if
clients are willing to guarantee a certain
number of searches per year.
