Do you represent the company or the
candidate?

		Since we are a retained firm, we represent
		our client companies. We do however, work with both the client and the candidate(s) to make sure that there is a "win-win" situation.

What are your fees?

		Consistent with the retained executive
		search industry, our fees are 33 1/3% of the candidates annual compensation (includes base salary, bonus and any sign-on bonus). We are willing to negotiate fees if clients are willing to guarantee a certain number of searches per year.

Why should I use ROI versus a larger firm?

		ROI has the best cycle time results.
		ROI does not have any "hands-off" issues
		that face the larger firms.
		We have a select number of clients and are
		not driven by the quarterly numbers that must be met by the larger publicly traded search firms.
		Unlike most firms, the consultant you meet
		with from ROI will execute your search. This is different from larger firms in that a consultant goes out to "sell" a client and then goes back to the office once the search is secured only to hand it off to a junior associate to work on.
		ROI develops a target list of companies that
		the client agrees to and we actively approach candidates in these companies. These candidates are typically successful within their current organizations. ROI consultants have the experience to bring these top candidates to the table.
